I’m an artist and designer currently based in Brooklyn, New York. My immediate surroundings and the routines of my daily life are the principal points of departure in my artistic practice. The daily rituals of a morning walk, running an errand, commuting to and from work, or taking my children to and from school become opportunities to draw out larger themes from everyday encounters. Shooting within the constraints of the familiar allows me to discover, repeatedly over time, what I find to be ultimately interesting, funny, disturbing, and beautiful.
